Bruce Lee's One Inch Punch
The one inch punch is a technique which Bruce Lee made famous by an astounding Kung-Fu demonstration at an Ed Parker International Karate Tournament in 1964. This technique was one of many that shocked those that attended. The punch looked amazing, for a small 120lb. man was knocking back 190lb. black belts six feet with almost no movement. The punch itself takes practice and focus as many chi based movements do.
